A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Lynne has over 20 years international and domestic human resources/organization planning and development/recruiting management experience including employment with Johnson & Johnson Co., New Brunswick, NJ, and five years university career counseling/leadership experience with Boston University School of Management and Brown University, Providence, RI.
As Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Ray Angelini, Inc., Lynne is responsible for employment and recruiting, training and development, employee services, employee relations, personnel/human resources policies, succession planning and strategic planning. Her accomplishments at RAI are numerous; specifically, she has been instrumental in bringing new HR policies, online recruiting, internships, and new hire orientation to the company.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Boston University and a Masters of Education degree in Counseling with a specialization in Career Counseling from Rhode Island College, Providence, RI.
Lynne is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and holds a certification in International Human Resources.
