Summary
As Division Manager, Jason oversees the General Construction Division and its functions.
The division performs work in both the Public and Private Construction sector. Jason
has performed multiple Design Build projects from conception to completion. To include,
conceptual, programming, budgeting, and contract administration as well as competitive
bidding on municipal, school, and public sector projects. Jason is very strong in
all aspects of estimating, project management, and operations.
Duties include
- Division Operations and manager of both office and field personnel
- Design Build relations and budgeting
- Manpower
- Estimating
- Contract negotiations and buy out
- Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders’, scheduling, progress meetings, and contract close
out.
