Summary
Jim is an accomplished manager with over 25 years experience in Safety, Manufacturing,
Human Resources, Quality Assurance and team building. 15 years are directly related
to site safety Construction and General Industry. Jim manages the companies’ health
and safety program to ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, Company
and Customer requirements. Jim is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College with a B.S
degree in Business Administration. He also holds many OSHA and NFPA certifications
as well as a PHR certification in Human Resources.
At Ray Angelini Inc. our commitment to safety is a key part of our business. We
have developed a comprehensive safety program and we work diligently to ensure that
our jobsites are safe working environments. Each new employee meets with our full-time
Safety Director to learn our safety policies before reporting to his first job site.
Weekly "Tool Box Talks" and weekly management safety meetings keep all of RAI’s
employees well informed on the latest safety systems and techniques.
This comprehensive approach has earned numerous safety awards for our firm from
the many of our customers, our Insurance Company and a number of other industry
organizations.
It is the policy of Ray Angelini, Inc., to provide an environmentally friendly,
healthy and safe working environment for all employees. It is our policy to strictly
adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to our industry.
Further, if our customers have more stringent regulations, we must abide by them.
We believe that a large percentage of accidents and injuries and environmental incidences
are preventable therefore, we require that each employee take personal responsibility
to raise his or her own safety awareness in planning and performing work assignments.
All employees must recognize that working in an unsafe manner is both dangerous
and counterproductive. We recognize that there are many hazards inherent in the
construction industry and have set down a list of the general rules of our Company’s
Safety Program.
